OK, I did that, but still have the same result. Was there a change to the software around the 17th or 18th? Just received my Fitbit birthday present but i am unable to use it! Windows 10 app downloaded from the Windows Store, installed it, tried to login and gone is it.
It won't come back anymore. Version downloaded and installed by the Windows Store: 2. We would appreciate a solution otherwise we have to send back our Fitbit present.
Additional information: Just deinstalled Fitbit, updated windows 10 with all possible updates, reinstalled Fitbit and it started Fitbit app closed and not possible to start it anymore.
